Admission Process

Step 1: Online Admission

For online admission through APSDIGICAMP

If the child is coming from a non APS school she/he may be required to clear the entrance test organized by the school. This could be done in an online format also based on the prevalent situation.

Step 2: Checklist of Documents

Please keep the following documents handy before you begin to fill the form.

The list of documents are:

  1. Movement order of the parent
  2. Serving Certificate
  3. Report card of the last class/session attended. If the final exam report card is not available, a copy of the report card of last exam held needs to be attached.
  4. Passport size photograph.
  5. Class I : Birth Certificate / DO Part II order.
  6. Class II to XII : Transfer Certificate ( with CBSE affiliation number)
  7. For classes 10 : CBSE Registration card
  8. Residence Address proof to ascertain the location of the parent.

Step 3: Online Fee Payment

Fee is collected ONLY through the online mode. The method of online fee payment is:

Follow the steps:

  1. Go to website https://www.apsdigicamp.com or Click Here
  2. Click at Login (shown on computer screen).
  3. Select STUDENT module.
  4. Please type Admission Number of student in place of USER NAME.
  5. By default PASSWORD is “password” (parents can change the password but request to note down the new password). Do not use Forget Password option to reset password.
  6. Enter Date of Birth of student as DD-MM-YYYY for example 13-12-2005
  7. Select School (Type “Rangapahar”and select Army Public School Rangapahar).
  8. Please type captcha text shown on screen.
  9. Click Login button (a new screen will appear with student details). This dashboard will show different modules.
  10. Click on FEE (to see the fee details).
  11. Check fee details, click on Proceed For Online Payment and then click on Pay Now.
  12. Select payment mode i.e. DEBIT CARD, CREDIT CARD or NET BANKING and enter your bank details.
  13. Click on Pay Now and make the payment.
  14. Click a picture of the fee receipt generated after payment.
  15. If you face any difficulty even after going through the above fee payment procedure, you are requested to call School Office during office hours
